That's a drain plug washer probably made out of aluminum ..... won't work as a washer on the kick start. As far as I know it is a special washer in size and thickness.

 

Hey Boomer, I figured as much, I have been scouring eBay and other places. I know I NEED this washer but it's tough just buying an entire assembly for one washer... Grrrrrr.

 

Found a set of springs, circlips, and washers on eBay! I love throwing money at rare old metal! YAY.
