Does the pilot jet actually have a hole down the middle?

1974 CB360T. Doing the full carb disassembly and clean. As you know, the pilot jet is under a screw. I pulled the pilot jet out, and it was dirty but not the worse I've seen.

I got all the little holes on the sides clean and clear, but I still couldn't see the light down the middle. I pushed a small brass wire down the middle to no avail.

My question is, as the title says: Do these pilot jets actually have a hole down the middle??
(Now, before anyone jumps in to be the 1st to answer, I can verify that not all VJMCs have pilot jets with a hole down the middle).

So, how about the CB360T?

Thanks.

Well, it's the little bits of info that sometimes mean the most.

<<Mine does....Very small. Even clean, you can barely see through it. I had some VERY fine-stranded copper wire and was able to clear it. It is really a tiny hole>>

The carbs really weren't very dirty, so I took another look and got a very fine copper wire as stated, and viola' both jets are clear.

You ain't joking... that's the smallest jet orifice I've seen.

Got carbs cleaned and took it out for a a 20 mile shake down ride. All performed well.

Idles too high though. No air leaks that I can find.
Turned idle screw all the way out. Stock airboxes installed. Lowest I can get it, is about 1800 rpm or so.

Still have points and timing to set yet. But bike runs pretty darn good so far, so if points and timing are off, it aint very much.

Any other ideas on high idle? Its got to be sucking fuel from somewhere?
