Welcome, and as I see it right now there are 3 racks on ebay for 360's, 2 in decent shape. Although the CJ model is slightly different than the CB you have the rusty one will fit. Depending on the depth of the rust, it may clean up decent with some 0000 steel wool and some light oil. IF not some paint will fix that issue.

Keep an eye out on eBay, maybe Steve has one or some of the other bike forums around. You will find a nice one.

I too have been looking. Found one on ebay but did not fit. Wrong tabs. I think what we both need are tabs like on this sissy bar.

Thanks everyone for all of the input. Think I will just keep an eye on Ebay until something turns up.

 

I have a luggage rack and a passenger seat bar if you are interested. They are of course two separate bolt on items. I just pulled them off the two bokes I bought last fall.

I had one that was on my CL350 and after I sold the bike without it a Friend wanted to try it on his CL360 and he said it bolted right up. That may open your search to CB350s and 360s.
I would check dimensions before you buy one though. Both of the bikes in this example were Scramblers and yours is a CB.

 

My seat adder and lugage rack are both off CB350s

I've got one. It was installed by the dealer when the bike was bought new. It's for sale if you're interested. I haven't tried to clean it up.
