69 could be either K1 or K2...What's the serial?
I have to look-- it starts "303--- I believe.
Still waiting on the title. I'm betting a K1. My other 69 is titled a 1970 but it's a K2.
It's a rat but the rims are great (all that grease and grime protected them from rust). The guy told me the front brake works great! I can't get the front brake arm to move with a hammer! LOL!!
The front fender is excellent except for one rash all the way down to the steel on the tip of the right front. Man-- if it wasn't for that-- there isn't even the normal super small rust pin points. The rear fender has a bunch of little flakes/bubbles. 6900 miles.
The guy told me the return spring on the kick starter was bad. No, he had the clutch cable so tight the clutch was partly disengaged. We loaded it in my van, I unloaded it and pushed it into my garage, poured some gas in the tank and jump started it and it ran-- all while in first gear! I kept wondering why the bike was shaking so bad!! It fired right up on one cylinder first try. Not bad for sitting over a year in a dirt floor garage in Michigan! A new plug on the left, put it in nuetral and it fired and idled great!
Just realized I'm hi-jacking this thread. so, I'll quit.
Sorry!
All that to say-- I alos have rear turn signals (3 pairs) 1 set is red. The chrome is 5 out of 10 (some pitting). I have no idea what they are worth. make me an offer
