There are a few different ones that will fit your bike(I'd sell you one but sold my 'spare)and they might just need to have another bracket installed to mount both meters.

The CB350K4-5(72-73')models is a direct swap but they are difficult to find.. I bought one from a CB360 to fit my 350 before because it's so tough to find one for a 350 anymore.The 78' on up CB400 twins will work but different meter locations sort of, and the CB350F and CB400F too but the top looks different even though the triples fit good.

First gen filter boxes are slightly different to the second gen ones.
I only know because I have 2x 1974 CB360's and air-boxes are different. I think the difference is how the manifold rubbers fit but I haven't looked at them in probably 15 years.
As for top yoke, they crack very easily as 360 didn't use special washer as a spacer unlike 350.twin.
No idea why 360 in particular is so bad as the 400f has 33mm forks but top yoke seems much stronger?
