Can someone show me a picture of where the valve guide seal is on the parts Fiche? It's not showing up any where I look, nor is it show in my copy of Honda Genuine Parts List book. The dealer is having trouble finding it as well.

Unfortunately I bought an Athena gasket kit and it's not in there either so I have to order them separetly. Additionally, the seal on the end of the torsion rod assembly is not in the gasket kit either. :evil:

I'm heading back over to the dealer with parts in hand to show them what it looks like.

I think we figured it out. It appears the metal cup and the rubber valve stem seal are both one part number. the rubber seal is not shown separately...or at least that's the assumption we're going on.

Thanks Johnny. I check your project frequently to refresh my memory on stuff and I noticed that picture last night. Am I correct in assuming that the rubber and steel cap are one piece?

That's right Mike, the rubber seal and metal collar are 1 piece. They were expensive, about $8.00 each if I remember right but at least they can still be had from Honda.
