I think I have this figured out, but better to check.

1979 CM400. When using left turn signal, front light goes out, rear light comes on solid. Found the relay under the left side cover. New to motorcycles, so interesting that there's one relay for both sides. I hear one small click from that relay.

Right side is fine, relay clicking. Bad relay, right? Can I switch the wires to verify the issue 'changes sides?'

Any quick fix to the relay itself?

Interesting that you said that. This came from an issue of replacing a cracked headlight bucket. I reconnected everything as it was previously (and working). The headlight plug ground (green) wires look intact and connected to the turn signal 'mounting nuts,' then into another plug.

Though there was nothing connected to this particular wire below when I disassembled the headlight.

Update. One of the front 2 filament bulbs (running/flasher) has a broken filament for the running/constant on. Could that be the issue?
