Managed to lace my CL360 wheels properly after several attempts. Now onto truing. I assume I don't need to have the drum brakes on the hub since they don't rotate with the hub. For the rear hub, do I need to put the sprocket on before truing it?

I would mount the sprocket first if possible. When the sprocket bolts are tightened, I imagine that it could change the shape of the rear hub a bit

And if you really want to do the job properly, you might consider having the brakedrum skimmed AFTER tensioning the spokes, because the tensioning can pull the brakedrum out-of-round resulting in 'orrible braking.
