The bike had a slightly bent fork. I found that the bottom race is cracked. Then I looked at the triple tree.

I noticed different spacing at the bottom.

The first picture the spacing is smaller than the second.

Is it bent? If better pics are needed let met know

It was measured and the back spacing is .6 mm > the front.
So the vertical piece is bent forward.
Is this workable or do I need and replacement?
I believe I know the answer but . . .:rolleyes:

I guess you're talking about how the stem fits in the lower fork bridge? Put the top crown on the stem and slide the inner fork tubes into place, will the fork tubes line up fit into the upper bridge ok? When viewed from the side, are the fork tubes in the same plane(not twisted)?
