Got a 1975 Honda CL360 not to long ago and the PO had cut the pipes so that there are no longer any mufflers. I was thinking of buying some slip-on mufflers to remedy this issue, but my major concern is do the carbs need to be rejetted given that the pipes have been cut. Or, since mufflers are being re-added to the system it will reach somewhat of an equilibrium saving me the trouble. As a side note stock air filters are being run on the system and my current jet is size 110 so it should already be running slightly rich.

Find and install the mufflers you want to run. Do a complete tuneup including carb sync and mixture adjustment. Then do a series of plug chops. That will tell you if any changes are in order.

Any recommendations for a new muffler, there isn't much clearance on these two pipes as the CL has them both on the same side.
