Keep in mind I am a novice.
I took out my carburetors and cleaned them. When I went to put them back in, I reviewed all my diagrams and discovered that I should have two throttle cables. I have only one. It is the one on the outside of the handlebars (The 'pull' cable'?). Now, I have had this running in my garage for about ten minutes but then could not get it started again.
Here are my questions:
1. Should I have two cables? (I suspect yes)
2. what do they each do?
3. Would the lack of one of the cables lead to flooding of the carburetor?
