I found a CL175 on Craigslist listed for a reasonable price, unassembled with a rebuilt engine and stripped tanks. It looks extremely clean overall. Are there any twins or Cl175 specific points to look out for when buying a bike?
Edit: I believe it is a 1970 K3.

Well, one basic thing when looking at any used bike, whether apart or not, is taking the "rebuilt" statement about the engine involved with a grain of salt. So often (and we've seen it here since I've been a member) people buy a used bike with a rebuilt engine and find later that the rebuild was below average quality or wasn't actually done at all. With an engine out of the frame, the only way to truly confirm that its been rebuilt is to disassemble it - even checking compression is no true indicator. There are lots of members here with vast 175 engine experience that can help if you get the right deal

Thanks for the suggestions, the engine looks clean inside and I went ahead with buying the bike!
