too high as in they won't go in the holes? you may need to loosen / tighten some of the others so you can twist the hub a few degrees

ok i see now - have you compared the angle on the head of the spokes to the old ones?

what does the offset look like on the sprocket? does it look like it's in the right position?

maybe take everything back out and start again from the side that's giving you trouble

i've had to do that on some rear rims
