The constant wheels can be did assembled, but very very very difficult to reassemble, in fact do not !!!?!
Picture shows a sprocket on the iron spigot minus the replaceable collar/distance piece.
Try davidsilverspares, some new sprockets have the collar/distance piece built in, some don't.
Forget the idea of replacing the alloy rim to use on your bike, get another wheel from eBay etc
