I have a cb350k4, the side covers I have came with the bike but I've never put them on. They seem really hard to put on and I'm afraid I'll bust the tabs. Is there some trick or technique I'm missing to put these on?
Are you referring to the plastic sidecovers that go over the airbox? I assume so- fresh new/soft retaining rubber grommets help a lot and are worth replacing as they get hardened from age. They're cheap, and available from Honda. Also, you can put a very small wipe of grease on the plastic tabs to ease the on and off, and to prevent snapping them off or cracking the covers when removing.
