The way I see it, two of my four project bikes will have to go; for room in the garage and to please the boss.
The ones that will have to go are my CB550 and my XL185S.
I will keep my CB200 and of course my Z1A project.
I am seriously considering buying this bike:

To some, 65K miles is a LOT of miles, but for a well-maintained Connie it isn't even broke in yet. :D
I love wrenching on my projects, but DAMN a guy has to ride every now and then!!!
Wish me luck.........(with the wife)

Looks pretty nice, for some reason those bikes never sparked my interest. I like sport touring bikes but the concours always looked liked something slept in bed with a z1000 and fat gpz500.

Looks like its in great shape though, probably amazing for long trips.

That is what I've found with all my research.
I've been riding Harley baggers for over 20 years and I love the twisties. If I wasn't such a Harley guy I'd buy a Concours, friend of mine has one and he loves it. They always seem to be resonably priced too.

I looked, just for kicks, at new ones a few years back and was surprised to see how reasonable they were - at least compared to other new bikes.

I've owned an '87 Concours for 9yrs now, and would not part with it for the world. It does everything very, very well. I've ridden it in 13 states, and the only time I had to trailer it was when I moved. Not as good an interstate bike as an "Oldwing", but good enough, and more fun in the twisties than you'd imagine.

That is a great looking bike. I have always wanted a Concours. My problem is it is one of quite a few bikes on my radar screen. Just cant get to all of them. Right now my Highway bike is an 84 Aspencade. The add said that the bike was sold. Were you the buyer then?
