After looking for a bit and either being dumb and not seeing what I'm trying to find, or just not finding it; I've decided to come to you guys (who know so much more than me).

1978 CB400T II

I'm looking for the correct length of the shocks (yes I can measure mine but they are pretty well shot and I don't trust the measure).
Also looking for the correct length of the fork springs ... which are also shot.

Does anyone have any thoughts on new suspension pieces here? I know this all get's terribly complicated but I think "not shot" will beat where I am now.

You can measure your rear shocks, even being junk they will have the correct length. The front spring measurements are in the FSM.
