RE: 1974 CB360 Slow jet removal

I see the slow jet is a very tiny jet that is recessed beneath a brass screw plug. My question is how do I safely remove thing thing without stripping it? It looks fragile.

The carb has 754A stamped on it.

Also, how many turns of the air screw. I am running K&N individual filters.

Use a small screwdriver. If its old go back and forth a little. When installing the new one go counterclockwise till you hear it click twice then start going clockwise untill it bottoms out then snug it down 1/4 turn or so it can take more torque than you think. Don't go crazy tho, just go slow

Heat will help unstick a jet -- hair dryer or space heater is enough. Best to heat it up if there is any real resistance to getting it out to save the frustration of possibly stripping it.
