Here's a link to a quick/easy rake and trail calculator I did.
This is not a predictive model - it won't tell you what will happen if you change your fork length or anything like that - there are programs on the web to do that.
This one will give you your rake and trail by taking a couple of very quick and easy measurements, right in your garage.
This technique allows you to reference along your fork tubes, MUCH easier than trying to visually extend the steering neck down to the floor.
You simply measure the axle height (h), line e, and the triple clamp offset, then Bob's Yer' Uncle. All you need is a tape measure, and a level or plumb.
Based on the immutable geometric properties of right triangles, shown here -
