Was cleaning the carbs made the specialty flathead tried pulling it out and I broke the head off. Managed to get it out with a bolt extractor. I hit the top with a dremel and cleaned the burrs. It screws in and out no problem. My question is will it still function properly. I might widened the top with the extractor. Will that affect flow? Or am I worrying to much? Thought I'd leave it up to the higher minds.

Carbs are sensitive animals. I would replace it to save myself the nagging feeling of “Was that a flat spot? Is it because of that mangled jet?”

It's best to replace it, tried locating one to no avail though. Might run that one and keep searching for a replacement.
