Hey dudes, I'm new around here. I come looking for an answer to a question I have.

The handlebar/steering bushings in my CM400T are way too soft. I replaced them with OEM rubber bushings and still too soft for me.

I have the dimensions of the bushings, but where should I look for polyurethane bushings that will fit the CM400T?

Top bushing: 53133-237-680
Bottom bushing: 53133-385-000

Probably have to have them custom made. Did you replace the washers too? I did my bushings and washers and it made a big difference. There is supposed to be some 'give' as added dampening.

The bar holders are shouldered so the bottom washer is supposed to bottom out on the shoulder, tightening past that will shear the threads off and it's new one time. With new bushings and the washer bottomed the rubber has the right amount of compression.
