Is #12 the center stand stopper? In the description section it jumps from 11 to 13. If it is, where does it bolt onto? This is from a 72 CB350 K4. Thanks, Matt

Yeah, that's the stopper.
Still available from honda for a couple bucks, I think....

i believe it actually justs fits into a little hole on a tab on the stand - no bolts involved.

The original K4 had a stopper on the muffler, that's why you don't see one on the center stand. If you've got aftermarket pipes maybe you can fine a CL centerstand and use it instead.

Here is the fiche of the CB muffler and you can see the stopper is #10.

I think tbp is on to something. If the stoppers posted where for the center stand, wouldn't there be some on the right muffler as well??? Does anyone here have a 1972 CB350 that can check to see if theirs has a center stand stopper, if so where?

there's 2 stoppers on those mufflers. both on the left muffler. for centerstand and side stand.

I don't know but from the looks of it, since it show two bumpers, I would think there is one for the sidestand and one for the centerstand. The picture shows the tab where the front one would attach. Maybe the rear bumper attaches to a tab not shown in the picture.

Bill answered that in his first reply. It is the stopper for the center stand. The parts fiche doesn't show a #12 on the description (only in the picture) because it's not used on the CB. The CL, however, does use the bumper. I think Honda didn't make a special fiche/picture for the CB vs CL, instead, they just omitted the description of the part if it didn't apply to a particular model.

That's my answer and I'm sticking to it.

Sorry Mike, It nice to have someone like you to smarten me up a bit. I was getting a little confused but it all makes scence now! Honda was throwing me for a loop there, skimping on their explanation of the fiche, or lack there of.
