$100-$150 for a decent job.

Average price around here (Chicago area) is $300, which includes cleaning, stripping, and all prep work.
I have a buddy who will do it for $200 if you prep it yourself. that price includes the swingarm in both cases.

$150 is a very good deal, if it includes prep work. It's great to be able to drop off your severely funkified old frame and come back later to pick up a sparkling powdercoated frame.
