I am rebuiling a 450 K5 and I notice that the oil channel from the upper crankcase to the cilinder is nothing more then 2 holes, no O-ring or whatever, only the seal from the cilinder. Is this not giving problems?

With clean gasket surfaces and a good gasket, it should be fine. The oil flow is at a very low pressure level. Jensen is a very knowledgeable 450 owner in your country and has been a big help to many here, including myself
