This cb360 has me at my wits end. 
rebuilt gearbox, clutch and carb
after putting the carb back on I found it was only running on one cylinder - I pulled the right side plug to find no spark.

(I am currently charging the battery to 100% just to make sure that’s not the problem)
when I re-assembled the bike I may have wired incorrectly and it’s clearly been messed with by previous owner.
can y’all check if this looks right? Also there’s this green wire that’s just floating, is that a ground?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
