Hi all,
New Australian member here! I picked up a 1972 CB450 that needed a bit of love a few months ago and have been 'working' on it ever since. From reading the manual to reading this forum, I've slowly replaced/updated parts to restore it to its former glory! I bought it sight unseen after trusting the owner with a detailed rundown of what he'd been done and what he knew of the history as well as a video of it running and riding.
I'm new to wrenching but that was part of the appeal, to learn my way around an engine and be able to pick up some tools. Look forward to learning more from you all!
Here are some pics I took of my bike pre-adding bar end mirrors (the stock mirrors did nothing for visibility on the flat handlebars)
Cheers,
Remy
