Of course after tearing down the bike months ago I have a few mystery parts... Cant seem to find them on https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb360t-1976-usa_model439/partslist/#.YrEIhuzMJqs

1. Two small spacers / collars that are cylindrical in shape.
2. some sort of fitting, black, threaded on one end

Are the cylindrical collars "collar seat lock" perhaps? https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb360t-1976-usa_model439/collar-seat-lock_77229340001/
although I'm not convinced...
