Great video. Thanks for sharing.

I would add two things:
1) Before you start, slowly press the schrader valve at the fork top to remove any air pressure.
2) The correct oil amount for the CB450SC is 6.26 ounces +/- 0.1 ounces

You should also show how they work when you're done. I've noticed a lot of the instructional youtube videos leave that part out. It is cathartic for the rest of us :)

Thanks Mike!

I totally forgot to release the air, but luckily for me, the seals were so shot there was none left in the system.

Good looking out on the capacity. I got the correct amount of oil in there and put the correct air pressure in (i misread the manual and originally put 3 psi instead of the 11 (+\- 3) psi it calls for) and MAN is it tight now.

1982 CB450SC 6.3-6.5 ounces or 190cc +/- 2.5
1983 thru 1986 CB450SC 6.16-6.36 ounces or 185cc +/- 2.5
Fork oil quantity can change by year and model so always consult the FSM for the correct amount

Thanks for the 2nd video. What's interesting to me is that your forks seem way stiffer than mine. I don't think my seals are bad as I don't lose oil or air pressure. However, mine bounce much easier than your "after" video (but not as loose as you "before" video).
Have you had it out on the road yet? If so, how did the front end feel?
