Here are a couple of pics of a bike I wish I still had. It was a 1976 CB400F. Bought while I was in the Army, this bike took me everywhere. It was the only transport I had for a long time. Me and a buddy would even take it off road in NC off post to partake a bowl or two .

Second pic is when I was in Minnesota with the same bike. That bike had a lot of miles on it before it died. I miss it and would love to find another. I must have more pics of this bike somewhere here......

I think those pictures could be used as "before bowls" short hair stock bike, and "after Bowls" long hair sissy bar.

hehee.....my buddy had those mocassins and told me to put them on for the picture. I would not ride wearing them. It was a hot summer day so, I was dressed accordingly. Man, I was really thin back then! Partied all the time. When that bike finally died, I broke down and got a car (a 1974 Camaro). Not long after, I got the Suzuki GS750.

I am still hoping to find another CB400F. Nice bike. I also want to find a CB750. I love how the 750 sounds. That would be plenty for me. As for the CJ360, I plan on keeping her. I am getting fond of it.

If you like the sound of a 750 then you ought to love the sound of the 400f with a 4-1 straight pipe. My 400f sounds like it wants to eat other bikes for breakfast.
