Ebsco is a library and academic resource, so all these are up for personal use, again, personal use.

Ebsco is ok, but the manuals are only available in little 1-2 page pieces.
To download all the pieces, then assemble into a single PDF is a chore I just wasn't able to get through......

I tried several links to ebscohost. One work for me. The others did not. I do not remember which one worked for me.
Yes! Many of Carl Salter link manuals are not in English.
