I placed an order for an exhaust system over two months ago through Mac Exhaust's website and have heard nothing since the original order confirmation. I've emailed them and called them and can't get any response. Does anyone know what their status is?
i would start by contacting the Better Business Bureau in Temecula and having them look into it. you can fill out a complaint form online and they will get back to you.
if they can't get a response the next step is to contact the California attorney general's office and fill out their online consumer complaint form.
the attorney general's form asks if you have first gone through the local BBB, so do that first.
i have followed this route more than once and have had good results.
