Howdy,
I was about to put my crank case back together and realized I'm missing one bolt (#12 in this diagram https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cl350-scrambler-1972-k4-usa_model549/partslist/E18.html#results). You might notice, the bolt is out of stock from this site. I'm doing an order from mcmaster today anyways, so thought I'd just get the part there.
This is kindof a simple question, but I don't have a thread counter on me, and figured someone on here would know: the bolt is listed as 6x100mm- is this an M6 threading? Also, I'm sure the threaded section on the partially threaded mcmaster bolts isn't the same as the OEM bolts- it's probably longer- does that matter?

Get it from Bolt Depot, 44 cents per bolt.
Hardware store may not have one that long, but try there first.
It's not special, just long.......
Length of threads doesn't matter in this case.

6mm is the diameter of the bolt, the threads will be 1.0 pitch. 1.0 is the standard pitch for that size.
8mm bolts are 1.25 pitch normally
10mm bolts are usually 1.25 but 1.5 is possible.
