I don't know about strictly rebuilding carbs, but I saw a mention of these guys:

Most of the guys here could probably do that for you - unless your diaphragms are shot??
I see a guy on EBay on and off who does exchanges for about $120 a pair - not too bad considering the cost of new diaphragms.
I'm not that far from the location you mentioned. If your diaphragms are ok, send 'em to me.
Diaphragms are integral with the slides, and they are still available from Honda, but will set you back about 90 clams each.
