If it works, as they say it does, then despite needing a re-paint due to cosmetics it would seem to be a decent price. The face is not horribly faded (no alligator cracks in the face paint) though the red tip of the needle is faded. don't think you'll find anything any better for that price. a little outer surface cleanup and a coat of satin black will make it look good
