Here she is in all her assholedness. Had it bored.25 over metric not standard. Gaskets were a bitch and any ideas on setting the jug rubbers would be great. I can't get em on correctly seems too big pressed in but tight over the sleves

May I ask please, oil holes in con rod rears, and, is the grading stamp that side visible please ?

the o-rings for the jugs between the cylinder and the upper case that come in the kits are 2.5 mm. You need 2mm . You can buy them online.

Why they are on there I dont know. I do know the sleeve and cylinder head heat and expand at different rates so maybe an oil seal. Every Honda motor from 90 cc to the 400s I have worked on had them. So I would replace them. JMHO

As before any oil holes seen on rods in big end area and any ink stamp numbers seen ?

Painting. I had to use gorilla glue to fix the crack in a side cover 😂😆😜 320 grit paper and sanding. She'll be plum crazy purple when she's done
