I'm guessing he's about out of fuel....Tilted on side-stand it still gets some....straight up the petcock inlet tube breaks the fuel level surface and sucks air......

lift upright - take off sidestand.*
just got back.
I am not out of fuel.
When opening the drain valves. the right side had very little fuel. the left seemed to be overpressured and lots came out. more pressure than I have ever seen.

I found that when removing the pod the right side, the slide was stiff and not moving fluidly.
after wiggling it the bike ran and I lifted her off the sidestand. she ran for around 1 min then stalled and died again.
hit the gas. stumbled and died.

meh. frustrating.

Plugs are clean. No sign of flooding.

The petcock is on the right side of my tank. and she leans to the left.
this is not a gas tank issue.

I have to look on the bright side.
I didnt burn a hole in my cylinder from being too lean and not noticing something was wrong.
or at least I better have not... haha.

Cleaned the carbs yesterday. lots of brown came out through passages.
Im guessing getting it hot loosened up some gummed up gas and it clogged.
about to re-install. hoping for good.

my cars fuel pump died yesterday too lol. what luck

this must be "break it" month... I've had numerous things come due, not the least of which is a leak in my water service feed from the street at my shut-off valve. no outward evidence of a leak anywhere outside, the higher water bill tipped me off and got me looking around... 5000 gallons of wasted water going underground, totally unnoticed. hope a good carb cleaning solves your problem - it's a weird one, for sure

Now you KNOW why manufacturers dab a bit of paint on some threaded bits after they are tightened.....
The paint dries and acts as a sort-of secondary lock-washer......
I'm surprised the fuse didn't blow.......

Never mind...."Kill" circuit......LOL

Interesting... I hope you glued all those lego pieces together. Would hate for them to come apart while you're riding.
