The previous owner's changes have been undone. The saddle seat has been replace with the original seat and the clubman handlebars/instrument panel replaced with original style handlebars and switches. I also got turn signals installed and working again.

I also removed the carbs, cleaned all the jets and passages thoroughly, reset the air screws, synchronized them, and now it runs much better with no backfiring.

The front brake is back on now too (after the second pic). Stick two mirrors on and it's ready for inspection!

I sure wish there were more CB450's down under...only ever saw one...and that was in Rods garage (otr002).

Notice the Honda hub and Honda speedo drive parts though..

It's possible it's off of a CB750A as well...
