Exactly as the title says, it looks like the bearing on one of my piston rods is pooched, how do I pull it?
They can be striped and rebuilt and the parts are available, But a good secondhand motor is still the cheapest and easiest way to go.tbpmusic said:You can't, the crank is pressed together, not made to take apart.
It can be taken apart, and I suppose replacement bearings might be found, but putting it back together without any racking or twisting is very difficult.
It would be less headaches to find a good used crank.
