Hello everybody

I have a Honda cm 400 t, and it worked just fine the other day as i was riding around my hometown. However when i wanted to adjust the valves, so that i wouldt click as much i broke one of the bolts.
This meant that me and my friend had get to the the remaining part of the bolt up from the top part of the engine which we did. When we put it back together the engine wont even crank anymore. The light dims and i hear a click when the start button is engaged. Also the starter engine tries to crank the engine, and will still get warm when the start button is pressed, yet no cranking of the engine.

Some of you guys may know whats going on, please help.

Dead battery or bad connection in one or more of the battery cables.

Moved to SOHC Electrical.

Oh yeah, welcome to the group.

Got pictures?:p

Issue has been solved!
Apperently something got stuck in the process of the repair, not totally sure what happened, but i took of the side of the engine and cranked to engine by hand. It still would not turn all the way over so i cranked it back and forth a few times. All of a sudden it turned all the way over and the bike is working again.
Maybe this will be helpfull for someone in the future.

Appritiate all the suggestions from you guys, thanks!
