I recently acquired 2 NOS black paint Honda 1960-ies headlight buckets. Apart from the Speedo oval opening they have two small holes between the front of the speedo opening and two relatively large holes. one on the underside and one on the rear of the bucket. Any idea to which bike these fits?

Edit- spoke too soon - my headlight bucket has fewer holes, maybe the extra holes are for signals which I don't have.

These headlight cases are both for later (before ~1963 or so) models. In the early ones the fork top bridge, as Honda calls it, has a ring that sits on top of the speedometer mounting hole. They are not interchangeable.

As it happens I have an early one in black that I would like to sell. It is NOS but has a bit of scuffing on the paint.

Yes, these do not have a hole for a set screw to mount the speedo ring.
