Looking Good!.... Just have to mention there looks to be very little rear tire clearance at full compression... Did you test this?... A sudden stop when the tire contacts is NOT a good thing....

i tested it with the original shocks and they contacted as i imagined, so i installed 1.5" taller progressive shocks shown in the the lower pics and then tested over some large bumps and hard stops without any problems.

Seriously though, how are your carbs set up? Jetted? etc...
I tried running w/out mufflers and just couldn't keep the power up.

I took her for a spin today and with a helmet on and i didnt think it was too loud but then again it was behind me, im sure other people dont enjoy it. i think i may try a slide in baffle for performance. the jets were 135s i tried 140 and even 145 but the 145 is too much fuel. soon as i can ride it more ill do more testing.

Thats a relative thing depending on shock travel and stiffness.... The tire should NOT be able to touch the fender (or anything else) at full compression... I use ratchet straps to pull them fully compressed to check.... I like 1/4" clearance when fully compressed..... But as long as it clears....
