I'm not certain, but I'm thinking there are two levers (one on each side of the seat around where the passenger sits). Just need to push these two at the same time and it pops off.
Again, not 100% on this but worth a look. Once the seat is off you'll notice a bolt holding the tank (at the rear of the tank). Once you remove this, you can slide the tank back to remove it from the front rubber pucks.

INFLATED THE TIRES (MAKES IT MUCH EASIER TO MOVE
BUT I NOTICED IT STILL HAD FUEL IN THE TANK
SO I WANT TO DRAIN IT AND LOOK AT THE FUEL LINES
