Just wanted to introduce myself. I’m a new owner of a 1978 185T that was in storage for more than 30 years. The guy I bought it from did a nice run through of maintenance and I bought it from him knowing there’s a few things left to do. Before I get really started in fixing the last bits I’m getting my license and or course a helmet!
A few questions I have, is there a good website/s that folks can suggest for resourcing parts?
And are there after market parts I should stay away from?
Also is it worth it to change over to a 12v system and run LEDs?
cheers to everyone here and looking forward to getting somewhat greasy

Hello Russ, you are in luck, there's a good Genuine Honda and aftermarket Honda parts supplier in San Francisco called "4into1.com" , they have a good website, with front brake cables, mufflers, helmets, fast shipping, parts they sell are "in stock" and available for purchase at their location (south S.F.) or shipped to you. You can review what they stock on-line, place order and do local pick up. Good Luck. HondaJohn.
