Bike = CL350 (1970)

Question: Now that my 350 is running, I've noticed that the headers are getting a slight yellow/gold tinge to them (happened within a few miles). I know this is generally normal on most bikes (all of my modern machines do it), but I also know that it can be an indicator of a lean condition.

The bike runs great and doesn't exhibit other symptoms of running lean (or rich). It simply runs great. I don't really care if they stay silver or not - I just want to know if this is ok on these bikes. If it's not normal, any suggestions?

Thanks everyone!

You would have to "fatten" the mixture a tad... This was easier when jets were available and came in 2.5 increments (back in the day)... A slight idle-air mix adjustment might help..... Don't want them going purple!....
