I haven't really started any work on my 350 yet, but have started to pick up some parts here and there that I know I'll need. I was thinking about picking up a complete engine gasket kit but then started wondering would the standard head gasket be any good if I had to end up boring the cylinders? Is there a limit a cylinder can be bored before the stock head gasket size is no good? Are larger ones available?

I don't even know if I'll need one like this yes, as I've only done a cold compression test so far (~155), but figured I asked just for my curiosity. Hope to get the bike started soon and do a proper test.

The stocker is good for the first 4 overs...After that, you'll need to get oversize (racing parts) or make a copper one...
