I want to use my front fork lock, but no key for it....I have an aftermarket ignition switch, and there are NO keys for the bike, except that one, Ideas? Lock replacement is around $80, that I dont have for it, rekeying it is also expensive, what have you done?

IIRC, the fork lock key, ignition key and seat lock key are all the same.

And one or more of them should have a number stamped right on the face of the lock cylinder, adjacent to where the key enters.

With that 3 or 4 digit number, you can order a new replacement key from many locksmiths or other on-line sources (ebay, etc.).

And you'll be good to go...

can i find this number on the lock itself? There are NO keys except the aftermarket ignition one, which wont even fit into the fork lock!

The lock cylinder itself can be removed from the bike with a very small flat hook shoved all the way in and jimmied around to pull the cylinder out and get your key code number.
I wish I had any lock for the steering on my 71 CL350K3, I would have the key punched at the shop easily.
