Alrighty, so I have been going through deconstruction on the Honda CL 350 that I picked up about two weeks ago, and one of the seemingly simple things that I cannot figure out is how to get off the front fender. I just read that it is a no no to keep it off for safety issues with the forks and all, but I do want to take it off to clean it!

I got three of the nuts off, but this last one just doesn't seem to have an easy way off what so ever! It's blocked somehow, to my understanding at least, by those little metal pieces!

The first two pictures show the one I'm referring too and the third picture shows what it looks like but that particular one is on the outside, the one on the inside would let me take the fender off.

Thanks for the feedback everybody!

you need to open up the lockwasher with a punch...then just unscrew it with a 14mm wrench

Yep, and after you bend the tab in and out a few times, it will break off...;)

Any Honda Dealer can order those TAB parts for you as NEW.
They still have them as stock items.
