A good friend of mine recently found a guy that really likes. She an outstanding aerobatic pilot, professional pilot, expert motorcycle road racer and accomplished dirt bike rider.

I met her new friend a few weeks ago and while one the return trip from San Jose today I stopped by his place in Tucson, AZ to check our his collection of motorcycles. It was quite a site to behold if you like Pentons. He used to be neighbors with John Penton and there is even a Penton Trials bike in there signed by John Penton. Not shown in the pictures is his BMW GS1200 and his Honda 450F Dirt Bike.

One of the Pentons is a show piece in his living room. I asked if it was there because of some exclusive collector value and he said, "no, I just ran out of room in the garage". Cool.

I especially like the Honda 900F and told him I had dibbs when he sells it. It has 3300 miles on it and is in original condition, not restored. The Triumph was unbelievable as well although it had been restored.

Check out some pictures here, but they really don't show the detail cleanliness and originalality of the bikes.

P.S. All the bikes get ridden throughout the year although I don't think the one in the living room as been out in a while. :D

Wow, that's a really nice collection!

The Pentons and Ossas are really interesting, but not my cuppa. But, I can sure appreciate how nice they are!

The bike that really floats my boat, too, is that 900. I've always like the DOHC F model Hondas. I just really like that look.

Thanks for posting.

Yes, very nice bikes. But, like you 2, I'd go for the 900F also. ;) Been a sucker for the 750f version of that style also.;) The Pentons & Ossa's are nice and all, but they were a little After my prime time. I was more for the Jawas and CZs, then went for the Japanese Dirt bikes. I DO thank you for posting though, ALWAYS good to see Vintage Bikes that are in Prime shape. ;)

Latticed rear sets on the CB900F, prized items those rear sets are.
Yes they are indeed. I had a set on my '83 CB1100F. The bike was new when I bought it and it wasn't much trouble to get them but they're worth their weight now.
