What options do I have here? Can I JB weld it?

If it is not fixable are there tips I can get welded on and not mess up my air fuel jettings etc? The main pipes up to the end part seem pretty solid.

Well I tired a little JB weld putty, I mean its going to get cut or welded if needed anyway. It has held strong for 200 miles so I am pretty happy with that. When winter comes I can pull the entire thing off and take it for a proper fix.
