Hi
I have bought a complete new exhaust system for my cb400n, and the only thing missing are the exhaust brackets, that connect to the mufflers. If anyone has the measurments for this it would be greatly appriciated, as ordering these from ebay is quite expensive when its possible to make them at home.

I have added a picture.

Kind regards

I ran into the same problem. The brackets are the one thing on my CB400a that I had alot of trouble finding. Eventually I had to weld on a pair that weren't exactly meant for the bike.
I know that's a pretty jerry-rigged option, but its really held together and is completely unnoticeable.

Let me know I can send photos.

I see what you mean, the postage and duty nearly doubles the price to Norway...!

I will try and find one and scan it. If making it may be worth slotting the holes horizontally a bit, as when using pattern silencers, not uncommon to trim a bit off the front of the silencers to get them to fit with original brackets.

Thanks for the replies guys! Will try to make some from the image you provided. Will give update.
It does seem like the new exhaust mufflers might be a bit long, so maybe they will need some cutting.

bike is almost finished after new gaskets in the engine, cant wait to start it!
